Do you send merchandisers into pharmacies?
No. The pharmacy team completes the work through the Portal, and our Campaign Coordinators support them by phone. That is what makes consistent merchandising possible at national scale.
How do we know the display is up?
Each display task requires photo evidence in the Portal, and every completion is validated and time stamped before it appears in your reporting.
Can you time display set up to a promotion?
Yes. Tasks are scheduled to your promotion window, and coordinators follow up with any pharmacy that has not completed the set up in time.
