Case studies
Real campaigns. Verified results.
Brand names withheld under commercial confidence. Every result below comes from verified completions logged in the PharmaCampaigns portal.
New stores stocked, starting with the missed profit conversation
The problem. An OTC brand with coverage gaps wanted more stores ranging its products, but the stores it could not reach had never heard the commercial case.
What we did. The full job a rep would do, delivered by the portal and our Campaign Coordinators together. Coordinators put the revenue and profit potential in front of the retail manager and owner. A 30-second REEL carried the product, the selling message and the customers to target, viewed by the whole team and verified. Structured TASKS confirmed merchandising and placement, and Coordinators completed the first turnover order over the portal.
The result. New stores stocked and first stock orders completed. No rep visit required.
The right customer identified at the counter, every time
The problem. A medical device brand needed its product reaching the appropriate customer type, but pharmacy staff, serving hundreds of customers a day, could not always remember who qualified.
What we did. The knowledge a rep would leave behind, built into the portal and held in every store. A short REEL taught the whole team who the product is for and how to spot them. Simple qualifying questions in the portal identified and validated the right customer at the counter, without relying on memory, and Coordinators followed up every store to keep identification consistent.
The result. Customers correctly identified and validated. Recommendation quality held across every store, every shift.
An 8 to 10 week catalogue window, executed in every store
The problem. A brand won a catalogue slot in a banner group, then faced an 8 to 10 week window its reps could not cover, and third-party field teams priced out the return.
What we did. Full catalogue execution across every store, held for the whole window. A REEL put the key message in front of every pharmacy team from day one, store TASKS drove merchandising with shelf photos uploaded and validated, and Campaign Coordinators kept every store on pace through the window.
The result. Stores executed inside the window with validated shelf uploads. Every day of the catalogue slot worked.
100 pharmacists reviewed the POS before it went to print
The problem. A brand manager wanted real pharmacy feedback on point-of-sale material before committing to a production run, and had no quick way to get it.
What we did. Verified feedback from practising pharmacists, gathered through the portal in days. A short structured INSIGHTS questionnaire put the POS in front of practising pharmacists, every response verified to a real store, while Campaign Coordinators drove participation to reach the response target quickly.
The result. 100 verified pharmacist responses. Feedback in days, not months. POS finalised with confidence.
POS, planogram and pricing mapped across the network
The problem. A brand team needed to see how its category actually looked in store: POS presence, planogram position and pricing, across stores no one could physically check.
What we did. A network-wide view of the category, built from real store photos. Pharmacy teams uploaded shelf photos through the portal as a structured TASK, AI models read every image to map POS presence, planogram compliance and pricing store by store, and Campaign Coordinators chased completion to build full network coverage.
The result. Stores photographed and analysed. A live view of the category as shoppers actually see it.
Store and response counts for each campaign are shared in a fit conversation, verified against the portal record.
What good looks like
Benchmarks we hold ourselves to.
Ask any vendor for their completion rates. If they can’t answer store-by-store, they’re estimating. These are the operating bands our campaigns run in.
90%+ task completion
Across a full campaign, driven by portal prompts plus coordinator follow-up. Under 75% triggers an intervention on our side, not an excuse.
AI + human verification
AI reads every image for placement, pricing and POS; a person checks every anomaly. Blurry, wrong bay, or stale photos are rejected and re-requested.
Every store called
No store is “too small to ring.” Coordinators reach the whole list, which is why regional and independent completion holds up.
Briefed in days
A REEL reaches the full network in under a week, compare that with a 6–8 week call cycle for the same message.
Same-day visibility
Task data lands on your dashboard the day it happens. Mid-campaign course corrections are the norm, not a rescue.
A report worth forwarding
Outcomes, ROI indicators and recommendations, written for the person who approves next year’s budget.
The deliverable
See the report before you spend a dollar.
The end-of-campaign report is the artefact your leadership team will judge this channel on, so look at one first. We’ll send a redacted sample: completion analytics, validated photo pages, intervention summaries, ROI indicators and next-step recommendations.
The other side of the counter
Why pharmacies keep completing.
Execution only works if pharmacy teams genuinely engage. They do, because tasks respect their time, pay professionally, and put patients first.
“Campaigns turn the advice we already give into something the store is recognised for. That’s a fair deal.”
“It’s the only brand campaign where someone rings to check we’ve got stock before asking us to promote anything.”
“Head office sees our completion across all stores; it’s made campaign execution a standard, not a favour.”
